Hope City Church exists to bring the hope of Jesus Christ to our community, nation, and world.

 

Our vision is to become a people of faith, anchored in hope, and known by love. That vision shapes who we are, how we serve, and where we are going together.

Growth Track is a four-week pathway for people who follow Jesus and are ready to call Hope City home. You will learn our story, understand our values and leadership, discover how God has uniquely wired you, and take a practical step into the life and mission of Hope City.

The Mission Belongs to All of Us

At Hope City, ministry is not reserved for pastors and staff. God has given every believer gifts that can strengthen His Church and serve others.

Our staff and ministry leaders equip people, but the Dream Team is where the vision becomes action. People are welcomed, children learn about Jesus, worship environments are created, relationships are built, needs are met, and the hope of Jesus reaches beyond the walls of the church.

Growth Track helps you move from attending Hope City to understanding who we are and how you can help carry the mission forward.

Four Weeks. One Clear Direction.

WEEK 1 • WELCOME HOME

Discover the story and heart of Hope City. You will learn how the church began, where we believe God is leading us, and how our mission, vision, and seven values shape the church we are becoming.

WEEK 2 • OUR CHURCH

Learn what Hope City believes, how the church is led with vision and accountability, and how our staff, Ministry Departments, and Dream Team work together toward one mission.

WEEK 3 • JOIN THE MISSION

Discover the heart and culture of the Dream Team. You will learn what it means to serve at Hope City, what we ask of those who serve, and how our onboarding and leadership pipeline help people grow.

WEEK 4 • FIND YOUR PLACE

During Week 4, you will discover more about how God has wired you, explore where your gifts may fit at Hope City, and meet ministry leaders during our Dream Team Open House. You will leave with a clear next step toward joining the Dream Team and helping carry the mission forward.
